Dear friends and colleagues, the Computer Graphics group (https://cg.ivd.kit.edu/) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology is looking for new team members! We have open, fully funded *PhD and PostDoc positions*. In particular we are taking applications for two PhD positions for an industry collaboration on global illumination and realistic material models in real-time path tracing, plus PhD/PostDoc positions with possible basic research topics ranging from rendering (real-time and offline) to (scientific) visualization. The interested applicants for PhD positions should hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, visual computing, applied mathematics, or a related field. The ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following subject areas: computer graphics, visualization, perception, data structures and algorithms, strong programming skills.
