Research Scientist or Post-Doc in 2D/3D Computer Vision @ SEDDI (Madrid, Spain) SEDDI (https://seddi.com/ <https://seddi.com/>) is a deep tech start-up on a mission to transform 3D fashion design, development, and merchandising through physically-based digitalization. We offer several Research Scientist/PostDoc positions to support our research and development team in AI and computer vision applied to image processing, 3D geometry, rendering, digital materials or virtual humans. The candidate will work on state-of-the-art technology, directly impacting the production pipeline. S/he will join a team of highly motivated researchers and software engineers passionate about pushing the boundaries of science while creating ready-to-use technology. Your tasks may include some of the following: * Research that enables AI-based image synthesis and editing. * Research in learning the semantics of data images or other data modalities (3D meshes, body avatars, etc.). * Develop production-ready code. You have: * Currently have or are in the process of obtaining a PhD degree in Computer Vision / Machine Learning / Computer Graphics or related. * Experience with deep learning and diverse neural architectures. * Track record of publications that demonstrate experience in the domain. * Proficient programming skills in Python and Pytorch (or similar) * Ability to communicate research for public and non-expert audiences. * (Nice to have) First-author publications at peer-reviewed top-tier conferences (CVPR/NeurIPS/SIG/... ) * (Nice to have) Experience with JAX or GPU programming. * (Nice to have) Knowledge about computer graphics pipelines or geometry processing We offer: * Competitive European salary * Flexible working hours and remote working * Opportunity to publish/patent and maintain collaborations with universities.
