Dear Collegue, with this message I would like to inform you about the current call for participation for a number of postdoc fellowships / independent research groups within the Max Planck Center for Visual Computing and Communication. The Max Planck Center has been established jointly by Stanford University and the Max Planck Institute for Computer Science in Saarbruecken. Phase I of the program offers the possibility of a two year stay at Stanford University as a visiting assistant professor. Upon successful completion of Phase I participants will be eligible for Phase II of the program which allows them to set up and chair an independent research group at MPI Informatik. Direct applicants for Phase II must have completed a postdoc stay abroad and must have demonstrated their outstanding research potential and ability to successfully lead their own research group.
