*Aims and Scope*
IPT-EGVE 2007 is the tenth annual Immersive Projection Technology
workshop and the 13th Eurographics Virtual Environments symposium. This
international event is a forum for the exchange of experience and
knowledge among researchers, developers and users concerned with virtual
reality, as well as augmented reality, mixed reality and 3D user
interfaces. We invite you to join us for four exciting days of
presentations, panels, exhibits, and special events. From July 12-15,
the annual Open House Event of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar will take
place. The departments Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, and
Media will be showing the best research and design projects of the past
year. On Sunday, July 15th, the 4. German Workshop "Virtuelle und
Erweiterte Realität" will take place.The programs for the Open House
Event and the German Workshop will be available soon.
*Conference Location*
IPT-EGVE 2007 is organized by the Virtual Reality Systems Group at
Bauhaus-Universitaet Weimar and will be held in Weimar, Germany. Weimar
is conveniently located between Frankfurt and Berlin with direct fast
train connections from both cities - with particularly good direct
connections from Frankfurt airport. The symposium will take place on the
university campus in close proximity of the Weimar downtown area with
many reasonably-priced hotels in walking distance of the conference
location. Please note that there is a limited number of discounted hotel
rooms available. Book early.
