The CEMVRC 05 conference is the second in the newly established series of
Multimedia and Virtual Reality conferences organized annually in Central
Europe. The first conference was held successfully in Veszprem, Hungary,
May 2004. The aim of the CEMVRC conferences is to bring together Multimedia
and Virtual Reality research, applications, and education results and
experience. We are looking for original and unpublished works in the
following areas:
Advanced user interfaces
Augmented reality
Distant learning and Multimedia or Virtual Reality (MM/VR)
Education with MM/VR
Emerging MM technologies
Handicapped users and MM/VR
Information visualization
MM and VR for users with special needs (children, elderly, handicapped,
etc.)
Rehabilitation and VR
Simulation in virtual environment
Special interaction techniques
Training in virtual environment
VR technologies
Web-based graphics, MM and VR
3D Reconstruction techniques
... other topics related to Multimedia and Virtual Reality
Contributions will be divided into two categories: full papers and posters.
Full papers should not exceed 8 pages (for format details, see conference
web pages). Posters are expected to be 2 pages long. Both papers and posters
will be published by the Czech Technical University Press with an ISBN.
Papers and posters will be reviewed in a double-blind process.
