[ SPAM? ] [STAG 2026] Call for Papers

Dear colleagues, We are pleased to invite you to submit your contribution to Smart Tools and Applications in Graphics (STAG) 2026! STAG 2026 (https://www.stag-conference.org) is an annual international conference organized by the Italian Chapter of the Eurographics Association. The 2026 edition will be held in Catania, Italy, on November 19-20, 2026, and organized by the University of Catania. STAG provides a forum for discussing novel ideas and results in Computer Graphics, Geometric Modeling, and Visual Computing. We welcome papers addressing both theoretical and application-oriented aspects of research, as well as papers describing datasets, open libraries, tools, and scientific software. STAG also encourages interdisciplinary research across fields such as Computer Graphics, Geometry Processing, Computer Vision, and Human-Computer Interaction. The conference will also feature a co-located PhD School (16-17-18 November 2026) as well as a Hackathon session (15 November 2026). Details will be available on the website soon. Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers, dataset papers, and software papers. Papers must not exceed 10 pages in length, excluding references. - *Research papers* are expected to propose innovative mathematical theories and computational techniques in the fields of Computer Graphics, Geometric Modeling, Computer Vision, Human-Computer Interaction, and related disciplines. - *Dataset papers* should provide, document, and discuss new, larger, and/or more challenging datasets, or datasets that stimulate new challenges in either Computer Graphics or Computer Vision. - *Software papers* should describe and discuss innovative scientific software and/or open libraries. Upon acceptance, the source code must be released under an open-source license via a public Git repository. Submissions should be formatted according to the EG Digital Library style guidelines. We strongly recommend using the official LaTeX template to format the paper (here <https://www.stag-conference.org/2026/pages/call-for-papers.html>). Submitted papers will undergo a double-blind reviewing process. Consequently, all submissions must be anonymous. Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings of the EG Italian Chapter Conference STAG, published in the Eurographics Digital Library. The authors of selected top-quality papers presented at the conference will receive invitations to submit extended versions of their work to Special Sections in prestigious academic journals, including *Computers & Graphics* (Elsevier) and *Graphical Models* (Elsevier). Call for Posters: ACM Symposium on Applied Perception (SAP). Inria Rennes, France, August

ACM Symposium on Applied Perception Call for Posters The posters program provides an informal venue for scholarly submissions within the scope of ACM SAP: whether it be completed work, work in progress, or a successful system or application. It serves to foster discussion amongst the community and provide feedback for authors. We additionally welcome poster submissions on projects that have been previously published but for which additional dissemination and discussion are desired. Dedicated poster presentations and fast-forward sessions will be included in the conference program. For previously unpublished work, authors have the option to have their poster abstracts published in the ACM Digital Library if desired. Papers not accepted to the main track may be given the option to present as a poster, providing opportunities for feedback and discussion that can strengthen the work for future submissions. The late-breaking posters program provides an informal venue for contributions within the scope of ACM SAP, like previously published projects that would benefit from additional dissemination and discussion. Unlike regular posters, late-breaking posters are not included in the conference proceedings or the ACM Digital Library. Submissions follow a flexible timeline, with contributions accepted up to shortly before the conference. Important dates: * June 17th Posters Abstract Deadline * June 26th Posters results notification * July 4th Posters camera ready material Each deadline is 23:59:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth) == GMT/UTC-12:00 on the stated day, no matter where the submitter is located. Extended abstracts should be 2 pages ( 1 page for late breaking posters ) including references and should follow the ACM SIGGRAPH formatting guidelines. Extended abstracts may include figures. Please note that the actual poster itself is not due at the time of the submission ( late breaking posters are an exception, please submit the poster simultaneously with your abstract submission ). The camera-ready abstract and poster PDF will be due via the easy chair submission system if the abstract is accepted (see important dates above). Guidelines for the preparation of accepted posters: posters should be an A0 size (841 x 1189 mm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches) and have vertical orientation. It is recommended that the resolution be at least 300 dpi for all images and graphics.
